TOH Season 45
Lexington Modern
Builder: Silva Brothers | Interior Designer: Rachel Dunham Design | Stylist: Cait Gury | Photographer: Mike Casey
Season 45 of This Old House began with a heartwarming project in Lexington, MA: the renovation of a 1960 mid-century modern home for a family with a young son living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a muscle-wasting disease that results in a total loss of mobility, so the house needed to be made fully accessible. The team completed the renovation in just 10 months, making the house an accessible and inclusive space for everyone.
