Kathryn Fulton is a licensed general contractor, interior designer, and television producer known for her thoughtful approach, commitment to excellence, and quality craftsmanship. Her journey began with small DIY projects, driven by a desire to create beautiful and functional spaces. That desire grew into a calling—one that eventually led her to a construction apprenticeship with This Old House, the longest-running educational home improvement show on television, where she went on to become a producer.

Today, Kathryn brings a blend of hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and creative vision to each project she leads. Her work is defined by intentional design, strong project leadership, and a deep respect for the people who live and work in the spaces she helps shape. Based in South Florida, she continues to advocate for excellence in both design and construction—ensuring every project reflects her belief that a well-built space is one that serves, supports, and inspires.
